Technical Support Engineer (Security)

• 1+ years of experience in Technical Support, Network Security or Systems Administration
• Experience with at least 2 Microsoft Security technologies
• Knowledge of Windows 10 Security Stack, NextGen AV and ASR
• Experience with Active Directory
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Defender
• Experience with Windows Server / Windows Client
• 1+ year of cloud experience , preferably Azure
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in Kraków
