What is this job all about?:

Join Ten Square Games and shape the future of ad monetization across our portfolio of mobile games. We're looking for an experienced Ad Tech Product Manager (f/m/d) to own and drive advertising monetization across all our mobile titles. You'll be responsible for maximizing ad revenue while ensuring a great player experience, working closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams to develop and execute our monetization strategy. This is a highly impactful role with direct responsibility for a significant revenue stream and the opportunity to influence monetization decisions across multiple successful games.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop the advertising monetization strategy across our entire game portfolio.
  • Drive ad revenue growth while balancing player engagement and retention.
  • Manage relationships with ad networks, mediation platforms, and other monetization partners.
  • Monitor and optimize key monetization metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for new ad formats, placements, and monetization initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Production Teams, Growth, and Data Analysts.
  • Define and prioritize the Ad Tech product roadmap.
  • Lead experimentation and A/B testing to improve monetization performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, privacy regulations, and changes in the mobile advertising ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in ad monetization, Ad Tech, or a related Product Management role.
  • Experience working in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of ad mediation platforms and major ad providers such as AppLovin, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, ironSource, Meta Audience Network, and others.
  • Proven experience optimizing advertising revenue in mobile apps or games.
  • Experience managing relationships with external monetization partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for mobile games and understanding of free-to-play business models.
