About You

We are looking for a mature, structured professional who values long-term stability and knows how to navigate enterprise tech sales.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in software, cloud, infrastructure, platforms, data or related areas
  • A proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and business decision-makers
  • Understanding of sovereign cloud, data governance, AI infrastructure and the regulatory context in Europe would be your asset
  • A self-driven, autonomous mindset and willingness to build a market from the ground up, including hands-on prospecting
  • Excellent English skills and willingness to travel across the EU when needed

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager for Cloudboostr, you will take full, end-to-end ownership of driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence across Europe. This is not an unstable startup or a "greenfield" project built from scratch. Cloudboostr is a mature, sovereign cloud and AI platform already in production at major European institutions.

Your mission? Ride the wave of Digital Sovereignty and Private AI , helping companies run powerful AI assistants and infrastructure on their own terms, free from big US tech lock-ins.

You will report directly to a VP and work alongside a dedicated team, including a Product Owner, Solution Architect, Delivery, and Marketing team.

Where You’ll Focus (Your Target Markets)

Instead of shooting in the dark, your sales strategy will focus on high-potential market shifts:

  • Data Centers & Cloud Providers: Building strategic partnerships across Europe
  • The VMware Wave: Winning over enterprise companies looking for alternatives due to recent market shifts
  • Government & Public Sector: Helping bodies that strictly require European control over their data
  • Mid-to-Large Enterprises: Helping mid-sized firms deploy Private AI easily and large firms eliminate single-supplier lock-in
