Our client is currently hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia .

Compared with many Western European capitals, Sofia can also offer a more accessible starting point for anyone looking to gain international experience while living abroad.

What You'll Do

• Support German-speaking customers through the available support channels
• Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally
• Assist with account, service, and general product-related inquiries
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate team
• Deliver a positive and customer-focused experience

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent German
• Good command of English
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Open to relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria / the EU
