Supply Chain Planning Analyst

ICON seeks a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to support clinical supply coordination across the global drug development network. The role involves maintaining master data, liaising with manufacturing partners, and executing supply plans to meet project timelines in a sponsor-dedicated model.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and execution of clinical supply plans across the drug development and manufacturing network
• Maintain master data, supply plans, and inventory projections for drug products, placebo bulk, commercial comparators, and primary packs
• Liaise with manufacturing partners and internal teams to align forecasts, delivery dates, and release updates
• Facilitate supply planning meetings, prepare materials, and document decisions for the demand and operations planning cycle
• Execute shipping requests and support material movement within the supply chain network

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze complex planning and inventory workbooks
• Understanding of supply chain planning activities, master data elements, and lead time management
• Experience in matrix environments influencing manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and logistics stakeholders
• Project management and inventory management experience in global or complex supply chain contexts
• Strong organizational skills with flexibility for aggressive timelines and limited information
• Experience with supply chain logistics processes including material flow and transportation
