About the project, We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support Third Party Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Exit Planning activities. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and improving processes related to third-party risk and resilience., , You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Risk, Product) to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements that enable effective delivery.

Your responsibilities, Gather and analyze business requirements for Third Party BCM and Exit Planning, Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams, Create and improve process flows (as-is / to-be), Prepare key deliverables (user stories, documentation, metrics), Support implementation and ensure alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments, Strong skills in process design and improvement, Experience in Third Party Risk, BCM, or related areas, Ability to work with stakeholders and translate needs into requirements, Previous work with process mapping and requirements documentation, Good communication skills in English, Visit the Krakow office once a month
