Tax Tech Manager

Drive tax transformation initiatives , focusing on deploying new systems and automating existing workflows.

Evaluate tax and business operations , converting these insights into functional system frameworks.

Extract and specify business needs from various stakeholders and clients.

Act as the tax domain expert during ERP integrations (such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics).

Restructure and refine tax reporting processes , covering e-invoicing and overall compliance.

Align seamlessly with software developers, IT teams, and external tech vendors .

Facilitate discovery sessions and interactive workshops with clients to map out solutions.

Monitor the complete implementation lifecycle , steering testing phases, UAT, go-live, and stabilization.

Ensure all technological setups strictly comply with current regulatory mandates .

Qualifications

Solid background in taxation , specifically VAT, reporting, and compliance frameworks.

Practical knowledge of digital tax standards like KSeF, JPK, SAF-T, and e-invoicing .

Hands-on track record in process automation or system rollouts .

Familiarity with prominent ERP ecosystems (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or similar).

Demonstrated ability to connect business objectives with technological capabilities .

Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and structuring business requirements .

Basic comprehension of solution architecture and system mechanics .

Effective stakeholder management across business units, technical teams, and clients.

Analytical mindset capable of simplifying intricate tax and IT problems for diverse audiences.

Strong drive for results , working with high independence and initiative.
