Your responsibilities, Provide expert technical support to logistics center staff across multiple locations., Participate in opening new sites and lead their technological development., Manage incident resolution and user requests efficiently, maintaining high SLA standards., Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network issues to ensure uninterrupted connectivity., Act as remote hands for external IT teams, supporting infrastructure and network tasks., Prepare, deploy, and maintain workstations and IT equipment for end-users., Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers and mobile devices., Maintain operational readiness of office equipment and logistics devices, including barcode scanners and label printers., Propose improvements to IT processes and support inventory management of IT assets., Maintain a valid Category B driver’s license and readiness for regional travel.

At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field., Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving network and hardware issues., Experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and mobile device troubleshooting., Knowledge of IT asset management and helpdesk procedures., Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Optional, Certifications in network or system administration., Experience supporting logistics or warehouse technology systems.
