Obowiązki

Your role
You support efficient HR operations by answering employee questions, guiding them to the right HR contacts, and helping resolve day‑to‑day issues. You keep records accurate, support compliance with policies, and assist during audits. You also manage key administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, preparing documents, generating reports, and working with HR systems.

Your tasks
Aswer client’s calls and emails
Process HR Administration requests
Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
Update all required process documentation within agreed timeframes

Ability to speak German at least at B2 level and English at B2 level
