Associate Partner Relationship Specialist (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners, such as Microsoft, Google, SAP, Workday, and others, to boost operational synergy
• Coordinate and support targeted marketing initiatives, including events and campaigns that align with partner objectives. Obtain financing from partners for such Sii activities
• Manage partner programs and incentives. Identify new opportunities and optimize strategies for maximum funds use by Sii
• Monitor partnership performance and ensure adherence to partner requirements
• Manage or support audit or certification processes
• Identify partners, managers, and initiate contacts with relevant Sii managers
• Constantly update account details
• Promote partner-related training programs to build a highly skilled, future-ready team
• Collaborate with partners and distributors to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency

Our requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in an independent position/role
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and actively listen in diverse team settings
• Ability to communicate fluently in English in daily interactions via calls and emails with international teams and partners
• Open personality, ability to build relations with partners and Sii’s managers
• Basic understanding of IT products and services, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for planning, coordinating tasks, and driving both operational and marketing initiatives
• Strong goal orientation and drive, focused on achieving results and contributing to the success of the team
• Willingness to participate in business trips
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

• Experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders, clients, vendors, or partners
