You will...

• Research and contribute to the acquisition of our M&A mandates
• Prepare and structure investment memos
• Participation in a due-diligence process
• Evaluate key drivers in our core sectors and prepare industry/sector analyses
• Contribute meaningfully to the team with your personality and professional knowledge

We look for...

• An excellent university degree with a focus in finance, accounting or a similar quantitative discipline
• Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience (investment banking/transaction services/strategy consulting)
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Someone who brings their whole self to work we think of ourselves as "corporate finance with a personality"
