We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven professional to lead patient engagement and accelerate recruitment across clinical trial sites in Europe, the UK, Norway, and the US. This role is crucial to meeting enrolment targets through the end of 2025.

Location: p referably based in the UK or Poland

(Open to frequent European travel and occasional trips to the US)

Contract Term: t hrough December 2025

Reports To:  CMO

Zakres obowiązków

• Conduct on-site visits to engage investigators and support recruitment
• Organize educational events to raise disease awareness and drive referrals
• Build relationships with patient advocacy groups and medical associations
• Create recruitment support tools and ensure regulatory compliance
• Analyze data, develop country-level strategies, and coordinate with CRO partners

Wymagania

• 5+ years in clinical research, patient recruitment, or medical affairs
• Proven success in industry-sponsored trials
• Experience across European healthcare systems
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Ability to organize scientific events with minimal vendor support
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across Europe, with occasional travel to the US

• Degree in Life Sciences
• Experience in respiratory, rare diseases, or immunology
• Existing networks in pulmonology or rare disease fields
