Your responsibilities

• Client contact: Answering questions over the phone and e-mail, explaining invoices, assisting with login issues, and providing updates on claims or policy changes.
• Administrative tasks: Processing changes, sending out policy documents, handling returned mail, and registering new claims.
• Support for claims handling: Preparing claims files, coordinating communication between clients and handlers, and ensuring smooth processing.

Our requirements

• Preferably minimum 1 year experience in customer service, administration or support roles, or strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural customer focus.
• Detail-oriented and proactive: you enjoy getting things right the first time.
• The ability to communicate confidently in business-level English, both spoken and written.
• Native or fluent Dutch

We are looking for a Client Services Specialist/Junior Client Services Specialist to support our Client Advisory, Underwriting and Claims teams in the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as the linking pin between our clients and the internal departments, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally. You will join our brand-new Warsaw office. We’re building a welcoming and professional office in Warsaw where people know each other, collaborate closely, and enjoy working together.

You’ll receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to learn about the insurance intermediary industry. We work in a hybrid model (60% from the office) and believe that being present in the office and collaborating face-to-face helps us build community and company culture during the initial phase of our business in Poland.
