Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in the US, EU, LatAm, and India. You will align multiple workstreams, manage cross-regional dependencies, facilitate Agile execution across a 24x7 delivery model, and provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget, and milestone progress within a highly regulated financial services environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24x7 progression
• Track delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation
• Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains
• Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and workstreams
• Drive alignment between engineering, security, and business objectives
• Ensure delivery consistency, risk management, and operational excellence across the program

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT or Cybersecurity programs
• Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated environments
• Proven ability to independently manage teams across multiple products and projects
• Experience coaching organizational leaders in Agile methodologies and providing expert guidance on project management practices
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills
• Experience managing budgets, delivery metrics, dependencies, and program risks

NICE TO HAVES

• Direct engineering background or strong technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines
• Experience with Cloud Security architectures and enterprise security programs
