Your responsibilities

• Represent Euro Jet at the airport.
• Communicate with authorities (ATC, CAA, Customs, Immigration), airport staff, and vendors.
• Coordinate aircraft and crew services (handling, catering, transportation, fuel).
• Welcome and assist crew and passengers during arrivals and departures.
• Ensure smooth flight operations and handle client requests.
• Complete service reports in real time using the company mobile app.
• Collect and submit invoices/documents to the company on time.

Our requirements

• PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
• Excellent typewriting skills.
• Advanced level of English language (written, spoken).
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), presentation and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude; ability to multi-task.
• Reliable and responsible person with attention to detail.
• High school education.
• Basic knowledge of office administration.
• Dynamic person willing to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Driving license type B.
