Starszy Operator / Starsza Operatorka Produkcji (Cleanroom)

Senior production operator role in ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment at medical device manufacturer. Responsible for executing manufacturing processes, operating and adjusting production machinery, monitoring parameters, and ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute production orders in ISO 7 cleanroom per technical documentation and GMP/GDP requirements
• Operate, reconfigure, and set up production machinery to ensure process stability and minimize downtime
• Monitor process and environmental parameters, implement corrective actions for deviations
• Report material and product movements in ERP/MES systems accurately
• Identify and report quality, environmental, and technical non-conformities; participate in root cause analysis

Requirements

• Secondary education minimum
• At least 3 years experience operating and servicing production machinery
• At least 3 years independent experience adjusting and setting up production equipment
• Fluent Polish language skills (spoken and written)
• Availability for three-shift work schedule
• Strict adherence to occupational safety and health regulations

Compensation: zł65,800 - zł109,600 PLN annually (brutto)
