Opis stanowiska

Poszukujemy Senior Testera z doświadczeniem w Salesforce lub Junior Test Managera , który chce rozwijać się w kierunku roli koordynacyjnej, pozostając osobą hands-on.

Twoją misją będzie zapewnienie jakości funkcjonalnej portalu samoobsługowego opartego o Salesforce Experience Cloud – od przygotowania strategii testów, przez ich realizację, po wsparcie UAT i współpracę z biznesem.

Obowiązki : 

Planowanie i strategia testów

• Opracowanie pełnego Test Planu (zakres, cele, typy testów, kryteria wejścia/wyjścia)

• Definicja podejścia do SIT, UAT, testów regresji i smoke

• Identyfikacja ryzyk oraz zależności projektowych

• Ustalenie procesu zarządzania defektami

Testy hands-on w Salesforce

• Tworzenie przypadków testowych na podstawie wymagań i konfiguracji systemu

• Testowanie: stron i komponentów Experience Cloud, Salesforce Flow i automatyzacji, Validation Rules i reguł biznesowych,obiektów, Record Types, Permission Sets,widoczności danych i modeli udostępniania 

• Wykonywanie testów regresyjnych przy kolejnych wdrożeniach

• Retesty i weryfikacja poprawek błędów

Raportowanie i zarządzanie jakością

• Rejestrowanie i kategoryzacja defektów

• Koordynacja priorytetów z zespołem technicznym i Product Ownerem

• Raportowanie postępu testów, ryzyk i jakości dostarczanych funkcjonalności

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Tester with Salesforce experience or a Junior Test Manager who wants to develop towards a coordination role while remaining hands-on.

Your mission will be to ensure the functional quality of a self-service portal built on Salesforce Experience Cloud – from preparing the test strategy, through execution, to supporting UAT and collaborating with the business.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Test Planning and Strategy

• Developing a comprehensive Test Plan (scope, objectives, types of tests, entry/exit criteria)

• Defining approaches for SIT, UAT, regression, and smoke testing

• Identifying project risks and dependencies

• Establishing the defect management process

Hands-on Testing in Salesforce

• Creating test cases based on requirements and system configuration

• Testing Experience Cloud pages and components, Salesforce Flows and automations, Validation Rules and business rules, objects, Record Types, Permission Sets, data visibility, and sharing models

• Performing regression testing for subsequent releases

• Retesting and verifying bug fixes

Reporting and Quality Management

• Logging and categorizing defects

• Coordinating priorities with the technical team and Product Owner

• Reporting on test progress, risks, and quality of delivered functionalities

Wymagane doświadczenie

Wymagane doświadczenie :

• Minimum 4-letnie doświadczenie komercyjnie w testach manualnych (funkcjonalnych)

• Doświadczenie w testowaniu Salesforce (mile widziana Experience Cloud)

• Mile widziane doświadczenie w koordynacji działań QA

Umiejętności techniczne:

• Salesforce (Experience Cloud, Flow, Permission Sets, Validation Rules)

• Projektowanie przypadków testowych

• Testy funkcjonalne, regresyjne, UAT, smoke

• Praca z Jira lub Azure DevOps

• Confluence (mile widziane)

Kompetencje miękkie:

• Silne myślenie analityczne

• Dbałość o szczegóły

• Samodzielność i dobra organizacja pracy

• Umiejętność komunikacji z biznesem i IT

Experience required

Required Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in manual (functional) testing

• Experience in Salesforce testing (Experience Cloud is a plus)

• Experience in coordinating QA activities is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Salesforce (Experience Cloud, Flow, Permission Sets, Validation Rules)

• Test case design

• Functional, regression, UAT, and smoke testing

• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps

• Confluence (optional/advantageous)

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking
