Your responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from defining hiring needs and sourcing candidates through interview coordination, offer management, and successful handover for onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, establish candidate profiles, and define effective assessment criteria.
  • Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key positions by utilizing direct sourcing techniques, market research, referrals, and professional networking platforms.
  • Create engaging job advertisements, candidate communications, and recruitment materials that effectively position career opportunities.
  • Ensure an efficient recruitment process by coordinating interview stages, monitoring progress, and facilitating timely hiring decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and maintaining alignment throughout the selection process.
  • Deliver a positive candidate journey by ensuring transparent communication, structured interview processes, and timely feedback.
  • Monitor recruitment performance through key hiring metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements that enhance hiring quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipeline reporting, and documentation within applicant tracking systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer visibility.

Employer requirements

  • 5+ years or more of experience in recruitment, either within an in-house talent acquisition team, recruitment consultancy, or a combination of both.
  • Demonstrated success in proactive candidate sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct search techniques.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously within a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong capability in conducting interviews and coordinating end-to-end selection processes across various job functions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into well-defined role profiles, interview frameworks, and sourcing strategies.
  • Data-oriented approach with experience monitoring recruitment KPIs and using insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders.
  • C1+ English.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and quality-focused approach with a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Basic knowledge of local labour law.
  • Previous recruitment experience within logistics, transportation or supply chain roles

  • Exposure to hiring across diverse business functions, including commercial, operational, technical, and corporate roles.
  • Familiarity with employer branding initiatives, talent engagement strategies, or community-building activities.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions within an international organization. This role combines strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and recruitment process optimization, with a strong focus on attracting high-quality talent and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You'd be the first "HR person" employed in a new branch of an international freight forwarding company. Your responsibilities would include mostly recruitment at first, however, this role will evolve soon and more general HR related tasks (such as Employer Branding, Benefits, employee HR support etc.) would be introduced. We're looking for a person who isn't afraid of a challange, brings positive energy to the team and is open to take the Talent Acquisition Manager role within close future.
