Your responsibilities
Customer Experience
• Perform contract onboarding tasks which include but are not limited to: Contract validation, data input into all relevant systems, setup confirmation and archiving: -Contract validation: Check and ensure the complete, correct documentation of application received including contract relevant data and KYC/AML relevant information and documents. -Data input for acquiring and terminal: encoding of customer and terminal data into the relevant system including initiating internal terminal delivery and installation order and billing information when required. -Setup confirmation: sent activation and welcome note to new customer.
• Cooperate with Risk and Sales (Sales, external Sales partners, Partner managers) to clarify cases and provide clear status of all cases processed by team.
• Report all performed work steps into statistics files (Onboarding Statistics, task tool) on daily basis when required.
• Know and cooperate with entire internal stakeholder network and external business partners.
• Actively provide relevant input in problem solving activities and implement agreed solutions.
• Take simple operational decisions necessary to assure the quality standards and set priorities by performing team functional mailbox administration.
• Challenge current methods of service delivery, identify, recommend and implement improvements.
• Specific process related tasks in accordance with skill matrix.
Operational Excellence
• Actively provide relevant input in problem solving activities and implement agreed solutions.
• Search and suggest areas for process improvements in their respective field of responsibility.
• Contribute actively to the department's/team's SLA.
• Build strong relationships with your team and other internal stakeholders to ensure that you can grow your knowledge and confidence as well as to help you resolve customer request with highest service quality in the most efficient way.
