North Branch Director for Building Poland

You are responsible for:
leading and building a profitable Branch in line with the Skanska business model and leading by example in terms of Skanska values
implementing and developing the strategy for the Branch, actively participating in creating building strategy within Building Management Team and Extended Skanska Management Team with impact on whole organization
business development activities, representing Skanska in the market and towards key customers
budgeting process and financial results of the Branch
supervising and controlling the realization of the projects in order to deliver the planned results across the assigned Branch
risk and opportunity management during selection of projects
setting goals for the Branch while focusing on building diversified and engaged teams, developing employees potential
creating a work environment consistent with Skanska Health & Safety Policy and Sustainability Standards
developing cooperation between Building Division units within Skanska Central Europe, other Skanska units and enabling functions working out and implementing strategy to build and develop synergy among Skanska
Within these tasks, you will be reporting directly to the Executive Vice President responsible for Building Poland in Skanska Central Europe.
We are looking for you if you:
have 5+ years of experience within construction engineering industry at least on managerial position and have master’s degree
have success-supported experience in building and implementing strategy in the construction engineering, develop processes and implementing them in consistent way
have good knowledge of the building market especially in assigned locations
have strong focus on results delivery of projects for a wide spectrum of clients
have experience in working with clients, partners, contractors and suppliers
have management skills and strong financial acumen
have excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
have strong leadership qualities and experience in creating diverse teams and can create a work environment that fosters effective and engaged teams
can identify and develop the potential of your employees
are ethical and identified with Skanska values
have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high ability to cooperate
