Solar Design Engineer

We are looking for a Solar Design Engineer with a lot of energy, motivation and desire to overcome challenges within the Engineering and Design team. Responsibilities are in English and range from doing engineering designs in AutoCAD, analyzing design standards and codes to doing energy and technical feasibility analysis for commercial and industrial solar projects. Our day to day is dynamic, fast-paced and highly interactive.

Responsibilities

• All responsibilities are in English:
  
• Create electrical and architectural layouts, drawings and diagrams for solar projects using AutoCAD
  
• Create preliminary designs and economic proposals for solar projects using Helioscope and other tools
  
• Review designs to comply with standards and codes, customer contracts and technical feasibility
  
• Interact with different engineering disciplines (structural, civil, electrical) and other company departments
  
• Among other responsibilities required by the engineering department
  

• Graduate of mechanical-electrical, electrical, mechanical engineering or related
  
• 2 years or more experience designing in AutoCAD
  
• Advanced English language level (speaking, writing, reading and listening)
  
• Plus: experience working in the solar industry
  
• Plus: experience making one-line diagrams in AutoCAD
