For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Renewals Manager. The company is a private IT security software firm that develops solutions to help businesses identify and protect sensitive data, as well as assist with compliance auditing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing client retention through automation of the customer journey and continuous improvement of the customer experience
  • Managing the renewal process to ensure timely and successful closure of all renewals
  • Maintaining open communication with clients, discussing terms and conditions, and preparing renewal contracts
  • Ensuring accurate forecasting of renewals to support planning and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Increasing revenue by analyzing the customer base and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in cooperation with the Customer Experience team
  • Improving the renewal workflow in collaboration with Customer Experience and Revenue Operations teams
  • Applying negotiation strategies that create value for both the client and the company

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to review existing processes and implement improvements when needed
  • Experience with opportunity management tools and Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Strong team player with the ability to build effective internal relationships
  • High customer empathy and commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Experience in renewal processes is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to work afternoon hours aligned with the US time zone
