Digital Data Poland Technical Lead

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Principal Engineer, Solution Architect, or Senior Software Engineer with significant delivery responsibility.
• Strong software engineering background with deep understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, modern architecture principles, and cloud technologies.
• Experience leading complex software cloud-based projects while working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge decisions and influence outcomes.
• Experience in discovery, pre-sales, or solution consulting.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and supporting team growth, capability development, and engineering excellence.
• Fluent English and willingness to work in an international environment with occasional travel when required.
