UCB Site Engagement Manager

ICON seeks a Site Engagement Liaison in Warsaw to build relationships with clinical trial sites and support research activities. The role involves fostering stakeholder engagement, providing protocol guidance, and optimizing site performance across sponsor-dedicated studies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff
• Provide support and guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and performance
• Develop and implement site engagement strategies with internal teams
• Monitor site performance metrics and report on engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• Previous clinical research or site management experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%
• Legal right to work in Poland
