Job Overview

For Linklaters in Warsaw, we are recruiting for the PMO Analyst role within the Technology & Data team. The PMO Analyst will support allocated programmes by providing PMO services, ensuring alignment to standard processes, applying best practice methods, tools, and templates, managing reporting, quality assurance, and programme governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO services to allocated programmes, including ensuring alignment to standard processes, application of best practice methods, tools, and templates, management reporting, quality assurance, and facilitating programme governance.

• Work closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, third‑party suppliers, Finance, Business Change, other PMO professionals, and wider Business Team functions.

• Maintain programme documentation: plans, RAID log; ensure risks, issues, actions, and dependencies are current, highlighting and tracking their resolution.

• Review programme status reports, assimilate information from individual Project Managers and/or workstream leads, and seek clarification as needed.

• Enable rigorous information management and change‑control practices, ensuring full and accessible audit history across the programme.

• Support effective management of the programme budget, including forecasting, reporting, and, if needed, managing changes.

• Ensure delivery against agreed programme governance arrangements, Linklaters’ project delivery framework, and industry good practice, providing guidance to the programme team.

• Perform ad‑hoc activities such as analysing programme performance, producing first‑draft materials for stakeholder meetings, and providing input to Linklaters’ processes (e.g. financial year‑end).

• Review and continuously improve PMO services with the Programme Manager; establish new services as agreed and ensure they are set up effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Programme PMO or related project/programme coordination role.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with dedicated project or task management tools.

• Professional qualification in project, programme, or portfolio management (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, or Axelos P3O) – desirable.

• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, confidence with numerical data and financial management information.

• Clear and succinct communication at all levels.

• Fluent English.

• Proactive, action‑oriented, accountable, and inclusive; supportive of all team members.

• Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is advantageous.

Location

Warsaw, Poland (hybrid model – 2 days per week at the office).
