About the project, As our Power BI Specialist, you will take ownership of Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards and data models used across the organization., , You will serve as a key collaboration partner between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that reporting solutions are accurate, reliable and aligned with business needs. You will also contribute to the development of reporting standards, data governance and improved data quality across connected systems.

Your responsibilities, Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards and data models., Translate stakeholder requirements into effective reporting solutions, meaningful KPIs and clear data visualisations., Connect, transform and integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability., Build and optimise DAX measures, Power Query transformations, semantic models and report performance., Monitor and improve data quality, reporting standards and data governance., Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights., Support stakeholders through documentation, training, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of BI solutions., Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and identify opportunities for stronger reporting and data-driven decision-making.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field., Two to four years of experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions., Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service., Solid experience with DAX, Power Query, data modelling and semantic models., A good understanding of data visualisation best practices., Good SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and structured datasets., The ability to analyse data and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders., A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving., Fluency in written and spoken English.

Optional, Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure or Dataverse., Experience working with ERP, CRM, HR, Finance or resource-planning systems., An understanding of data governance principles, KPI development and reporting standards., Knowledge of Python, R or other analytical tools.
