Process Automation Engineer

YOUR ROLE

As the Process Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing automation strategy and developments. You have the chance to work on development automatized equipment’s / lines and new industry manufacturing process. You will challenge the status quo and make advanced design solution a reality in our manufacturing location. To us nothing is impossible, you will have autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate and oversee process technology development activities
• Conduct automation development project from concept definition to standardization, deliver technology developed for industrialization
• Analyze customer requirements and assumptions of the core engineering group; carry out studies into feasibility, cost implications, and performance benefits of new mechatronic equipment
• Research market for new solutions and test new technologies
• Work between product design and process
• Create simulation and visualization of new production concepts
• Cooperate with all departments involved in development and production of automotive components

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineer or master’s degree in a technical field
• Experience in a similar position – at least 2 years
• Fluency in English – at least B2
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
• Experience in process development and production
• Analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Valid category B driving license – required
