For our client, a global investment and asset management company, we are currently looking for a Senior RFP Specialist to join the growing operations team in Poland. In this role, you will support new business activity by completing RFPs, DDQs and other client‑related questionnaires that accurately and favorably represent the organisation and its investment capabilities to prospective clients and their advisers.

Location: Poznań (hybrid working model)

Your responsibilities

• Complete and coordinate RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and client surveys across institutional and retail channels
• Ensure all review and approval steps are completed and documented, working closely with RFP team members, Product Management and Distribution
• Update existing content, distinguishing between opportunity‑specific customization and standardised materials
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and business partners across the organisation
• Develop a solid understanding of external client requirements, investment products and distribution priorities
• Review your own submissions and those prepared by other RFP Specialists to ensure consistency with best‑practice guidelines
• Ensure draft responses accurately position the organisation and meet external client expectations
• Prioritise workload to meet project timelines, proactively highlighting challenges or resource constraints
• Work with statistical information and data inputs to support written statements with clear evidence
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts across investment, risk, operations and compliance to gather accurate information for submissions

What we expect

• 5–7+ years of experience writing RFPs / tenders within asset management, finance or consultancy
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of the asset management environment, including institutional and retail channels
• Knowledge of global financial markets and investment products (equity, fixed income, real estate, alternatives)
• CFA designation or IMC certification is an advantage, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing
• Ability to interpret and work with statistical information to support narrative responses
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Qvidian or other content databases is ideal
• Other European language is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Meticulous attention to detail across data, language, grammar and layout
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing workflows and meet tight deadlines
• English at C1 level for daily communication
• Must be based in Poland and hold a valid work permit

Nice to have

• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
• Background in investment writing, product marketing or client reporting
• Familiarity with compliance, risk or operational processes within asset management
• Understanding of institutional sales processes and consultant databases
