Product Manager/ Fintech Product Business Analyst

• B2B contract via Devire (up to 215zł/h net + VAT)
• Remote position in a multilingual environment

• 7+ years of experience as a PM, TPM, or in platform planning
• Experience with securities investment data: understanding and hands-on handling of securities investment products (stocks, ETFs, derivatives, etc.), real-time quotes, security master, execution, settlement, and the asset management lifecycle
• Experience with or understanding of data structure design (schema, ERD, data modeling)

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the regulatory environment: experience making product decisions within a financial regulatory environment
• Service planning experience: experience designing user flows, onboarding processes, or usage policies
• Execution-focused workflow: actively uses AI-based tools such as Cursor and Claude in daily work

Responsibilities

• Define the securities investment data structure — design the securities investment data model and security classification system
• Design and operate the API platform — establish design principles and an operating structure for APIs that expose investment data and trading functions externally
• Design AI Agent integration interfaces — define APIs and contract interfaces that let AI agents use investment data and trading functions
