Sales Manager CEE | HVAC | Technical Insulation (Export)
Your responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market development across the CEE region (from the Baltic States through Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia and the Czech Republic to Serbia and Bosnia)
- Develop and implement sales and pricing strategies
- Cooperate with local agents, distributors, and business partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Support clients in project development, including quotations and technical advisory
- Develop and optimize distribution channels across various markets
- Monitor performance (sales, margins, receivables) and identify growth opportunities
- Report on results and recommend strategic actions
- Achieving sales targets and margin levels
- Expanding market share in the CEE region
- Ensuring effectiveness of the distribution network
- Managing financial risk and customer receivables
Employer requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales (HVAC, technical materials, or related industries)
- Proven experience in international markets, preferably within CEE
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Experience in selling technical products
- Very good command of English
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region
- Experience in technical insulation (rubber-based or similar materials)
- Knowledge of distribution channels in the installation/HVAC sector
- Additional languages relevant to the CEE region
