Your responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers during the implementation phase.
• Provide first-line technical support and product expertise to customers and stakeholders.
• Take end-to-end ownership of customer onboarding and solution implementation.
• Advise customers on technical solutions and support issue resolution in cooperation with second-line support teams.
• Manage implementation activities, including testing, training, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain process and analytical documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to find effective solutions.
• Collaborate daily with support specialists, testers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Support pre-sales activities, including customer workshops and demonstrations.

Our requirements

• Experience in the payments industry and a good understanding of payment solutions.
• Technical education and hands-on experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Product Owner, or similar.
• Familiarity with Android-based applications and devices.
• Knowledge of card payments, payment schemes, regulations, and mobile payments would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Fluent English and Polish.
