Your responsibilities

• Managing the inventory system to ensure accurate stock levels, efficient stock movements, manufacturing cost calculation and the overall smooth functioning of inventory-related processes within an organization, ensuring that stock levels are accurately tracked, maintained, and reported.
• Support local finance platforms with central month end closing functions in SAP
• Proactive work on process improvements, optimization and standardization
• Take responsibility for global costing, production variances & overhead costs allocation in SAP
• Execute central services related to product costing
• Execute monthly and weekly monitoring related to production costs
• Global analysis of product costing
• Execute central monitoring to ensure a better data control and quality
• Be in contact with local Finance platforms and support finance platforms with tickets and requests - inventory, production process
• Trainings and knowledge sharing
• Participation in creating new structures of reliable, rapidly growing production company
• Get familiar with Inventory process for North America
• Disposals request checking and approval
• Physical inventory observation (PIO) support
• Monitor and post inventory roll forward
• Support for quarterly reporting packages for the inventory part
• Taking part in costing improvement project to improve and make more reliable Margin of products
• Support for Team Leader in Transparency of Manufacturing project in company (labor and machinery manufacturing cost calculation

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Finance Analysis and over 6 years in Accounting
• Fluent English
• Bachelor Finance degree
• Drive for learning and personal development
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Orientation on goal, high level analytical skills
• Engagement and taking responsibility
• Proactive approach and problem solving attitude
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP FI module
• HFM (Hyperion) & Qlik application knowledge nice to have
• VBA experience nice to have
