Задачи

• Lead and manage a recruiting team of 6 professionals
• Drive the selection, development, and engagement of the Talent Acquisition Business Partner team
• Build relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners
• Ensure consistency in recruitment strategy and practices across the region in alignment with the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Identify, evaluate, and select productive recruitment channels and tools
• Manage, mentor, coach, and develop team performance
• Consult with hiring managers on recruitment and talent mobility best practices
• Monitor, report, and drive talent acquisition metrics and performance
• Conduct critical analyses using business-intelligence tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Refine search delivery quality and diversity of candidate slates
• Stay updated on industry best practices, employment trends, and legislation
• Align regional and global processes and promote accountability of metrics
• Prepare, communicate, and educate the organization on recruiting resources, systems, and procedures

Требования

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 8+ Years of work experience
• Previous HR or role-related experience
• Business-level English
• Nice to have: 4+ years of business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
