Your responsibilities

Lead technical writing for regulatory documents, product materials, training content, websites, social media, and brand communications.

Manage and maintain agronomic knowledge resources, technical documentation, and the company’s knowledge base.

Develop technical data sheets, product specifications, application guides, educational materials, and customer-facing content.

Translate scientific and agronomic knowledge into clear, audience-focused communications.

Support Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial functions through technical communication and knowledge transfer.

Ensure compliance of technical content with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Manage compliance documentation, document control, and knowledge management systems.

Deliver technical presentations, webinars, customer training sessions, and conference presentations.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, technical meetings, and customer engagements.

Act as the company’s technical spokesperson on agronomic and product-related topics.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture, validate, and disseminate technical knowledge.

Monitor scientific, agronomic, market, and regulatory developments relevant to the business.

Review scientific literature and translate findings into practical business and product insights.

Support product launches through technical content development, training, and communication materials.

Develop thought leadership content, technical publications, white papers, and expert articles.

Support collaborations with research institutions, universities, industry organizations, and external experts.

Manage and continuously improve the company’s agronomic knowledge base and content resources.

Drive continuous improvement of documentation, knowledge-sharing, communication, and compliance processes.

Our requirements

PhD in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Plant Nutrition, Soil Science, Crop Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in agronomy, agricultural inputs, fertilizers, crop nutrition, R&D, regulatory affairs, technical communications, or a related field.

Strong technical writing skills with experience developing scientific, regulatory, product, and marketing content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate content.

Experience preparing technical documentation, product specifications, technical data sheets, training materials, and regulatory documentation.

Knowledge of agricultural, fertilizer, and product regulatory requirements.

Experience delivering technical presentations, training sessions, webinars, and conference presentations.

Strong knowledge management and document control skills.

Ability to review, interpret, and communicate scientific literature and research findings.

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency with digital content management, documentation, and collaboration tools.

Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, conferences, and industry events.
