Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the logistics sector? We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in the Netherlands. Our client specializes in various logistics processes, including sorting and packing a diverse range of products such as electronics, medical supplies, cosmetics, and fragrances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and unpack items onto pallets.
• Sort products and conduct quality control checks.
• Collect orders efficiently.
• Load and unload containers.

What We Offer:

• A competitive hourly wage of €15.89 gross (base rate of €14.71 plus a vacation allowance of at least 8%).
• Minimum of 20 vacation days per year, proportional to the time worked.
• Higher base rates for candidates with experience.
• Shift bonuses: 35% from 19:00 to 00:00, 45% from 00:00 to 06:00, 35% from 06:00 to 07:00, 50% on Saturdays, and 100% on Sundays.
• Stable and legal employment based on a Dutch contract.

• Clear weekly summaries of hours worked and costs.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English or Dutch at a communicative level.
• Experience in warehouse work is a plus.
• Driving license category B is preferred.
• Willingness to engage in long-term cooperation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
