Your responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning courses in line with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ensure high-quality content, visual design, user experience, and technical functionality of all learning solutions.
• Develop multimedia learning assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive materials.
• Ensure all learning materials are aligned with corporate branding and visual identity guidelines.
• Identify learning and development needs in partnership with business leaders and subject matter experts.
• Advise stakeholders on the selection and implementation of appropriate learning solutions.
• Act as an internal consultant and trusted advisor in the area of digital learning.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Contribute to the continuous development of a modern learning culture by leveraging new technologies, multimedia solutions, and AI-powered tools.

Our requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in E-learning
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and modern adult learning methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 and AI tools supporting course development, localization, and content creation.
• Experience in creating graphic assets, animations, and video-based learning materials.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of digital learning trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to develop professional learning materials and communicate effectively in an international business environment.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working within an international or matrix organization is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools supporting educational content development and multimedia production will be considered a strong asset.
