Hybrid Industrial Engineer: Lean, Automation & Optimization

Luminator Technology Group in Poland is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to design and implement systems and equipment procedures used in our manufacturing facility. The role involves testing and monitoring equipment, updating current processes, and conducting risk assessments.

You will analyze production workflows, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to introduce lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation.
