Your responsibilities

• Co-shape compliance practices in Group Companies in collaboration with local function leaders.
• Define the current internal control environment and implement the "country evidence inventory" standard.
• Analyze and monitor compliance risks; participate in creating and updating risk maps.
• Participate in standardizing the approach to documenting control activities in Group Companies.
• Map control points, identify and reduce gaps, and ensure completeness of control mechanisms.
• Supervise the process of collecting and verifying evidence (compliance and internal control); control quality and completeness.
• Report compliance and internal control system data to stakeholders (CFO, management board, auditors).
• Provide opinions and support projects in terms of identifying and assessing compliance risks.
• Prepare individual companies for migration of control system documentation to a dedicated tool.
• Build knowledge and raise employee awareness in the area of compliance.

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance/internal control related to finance in an international environment.
• Very good command of English (C1) in speaking and writing.
• Practical experience in collecting and evaluating control evidence, building control matrices, and assessing the maturity of control processes.
• Knowledge and practical application of compliance risk management principles.
• Independence in managing compliance projects, very good work organization, solution-oriented approach, and timeliness.
• Knowledge of AML and Sapin II Act requirements is required.

Optional

• SOX knowledge is an advantage;
• Experience with GRC/BI tools and ISO 37301/ISO 37001 certifications will be an asset.
