About the project, We are looking for a motivated student to join our IT Operations Center Internship with a strong focus on Automation and AI in Infrastructure Operations., In this role, you will help transform repetitive operational work into scalable, automated workflows., You will work with Microsoft technologies (Power Apps, Logic Apps), Python, and cloud/infrastructure platforms to build practical automations that reduce manual effort and accelerate ticket resolution., This is a hands-on opportunity to start your career at the intersection of IT Operations, Automation Engineering, and Applied AI.

Your responsibilities, Identify repetitive operational tasks and convert them into automated workflows., Build and improve automated workflows using Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Python., Support AI-assisted operational processes, such as ticket categorization and prioritization support, incident summarization, runbook recommendation, and response drafting for standard cases., Cooperate with operations engineers to integrate automation into daily network/server/cloud support., Troubleshoot infrastructure tickets (network, server, connectivity) and design automation opportunities based on root causes., Monitor automation outcomes (time saved, reduced manual steps, better SLA performance) and propose improvements.

Communicative written and spoken English., Strong interest in automation, scripting, and AI applications in IT operations., Comfortable working with new technologies and finding a way in a new environment., Basic knowledge of Python., Basic understanding of APIs, networks, server management, and infrastructure troubleshooting., Analytical mindset: ability to break down manual processes into repeatable logic., Good communication and documentation skills., No professional experience required.

Optional, Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps / Logic Apps)., Basic exposure to Azure, AWS, Cisco, vCenter/vSphere., Familiarity with monitoring tools (Orion, Meraki, PRTG, vCenter)., Exposure to ITSM tools and ticket workflows., Interest in improving operational productivity through AI tools.
