Head of Affiliates

An international iGaming holding, rapidly expanding across global markets and redefining B2B tech in the iGaming industry, is on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Affiliates to drive performance and scale strategic partnerships.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record (2+ years) in leading affiliate operations
• Solid expertise in affiliate marketing within the iGaming space
• In-depth knowledge of Asian market dynamics
• Proficiency in English – both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for negotiation and high-level planning

Will be plus:

• Experience managing affiliate profit and loss reports
• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced team environment

Your mission:

• Build and grow a high-performing affiliate unit
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners
• Craft and execute affiliate growth strategies to drive scalable traffic
• Refine internal affiliate workflows for optimal performance
• Be fully accountable for affiliate revenue streams and KPIs
• Represent the brand at major conferences, expos, and industry gatherings
