About the project

Are you ready to shape the future of cybersecurity solutions? Join us as a Security Solution Designer!

As a Security Solution Designer, you will manage end-to-end solution design, creating and delivering architecture design documents aligned with business requirements, strategies, and standards. You will define high-level designs, introduce new architecture patterns, and address technical risks, while serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader across cybersecurity initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale IT transformation programs and influence key decisions at a strategic level. If you have a passion for cybersecurity and a strong architectural mindset, this role is for you!

Your responsibilities

Design & Architecture

• Develop and maintain comprehensive end-to-end solution designs in line with reference architecture and strategic requirements.

• Publish and manage key design records, architectural deviations, and technical risk logs.

• Ensure solutions are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.

Governance & Risk Management

• Engage in governance processes for all design artefacts and present solutions for peer review and design authority input.

• Effectively manage and escalate both technical and project risks, driving remediation strategies.

Thought Leadership

• Act as a technical consultant and SME, influencing cybersecurity strategies and promoting best practices.

• Lead by example, ensuring strong documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Our requirements

• Proven experience delivering architectural designs for data protection and other security domains (e.g., endpoint, network security).
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with platforms like Zscaler, Proofpoint.
• Experience with visualization tools (e.g., BizzDesign, Archi, UML) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• CISSP/CISM certification or industry-recognized equivalent.

Optional

• Experience in large-scale IT transformation programs.
