About the project

This is a strategic role focused on leading complex integration and transformation initiatives within the CISO organization.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, helping shape new ways of working while ensuring cybersecurity integration projects are delivered in line with organizational standards and best practices.

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity integration and transformation initiatives in accordance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Manage multiple technical integration projects while ensuring timely delivery, transparency, and effective risk management.
• Contribute to shaping new operating models, governance, and ways of working within the CISO organization.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
• Prepare and present clear progress reports, project updates, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across multiple organizational units.

Our requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in technical integration, transformation, project management, or program management roles.
• Strong background in Cybersecurity and IT Integration, gained within large, complex international financial organizations.
• Solid understanding of the relationship between IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, with hands-on knowledge of at least three cybersecurity domains/capabilities.
• Practical knowledge of NIST, ITSM, and IT risk management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
• Fluent English.

Optional

• Experience implementing end-to-end cybersecurity tools and solutions.
• Exposure to AI Security initiatives.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to gain buy-in across complex organizations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects.
