About the project

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support Third Party Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Exit Planning activities. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and improving processes related to third-party risk and resilience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Risk, Product) to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements that enable effective delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Third Party BCM and Exit Planning
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Create and improve process flows (as-is / to-be)
• Prepare key deliverables (user stories, documentation, metrics)
• Support implementation and ensure alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
• Strong skills in process design and improvement
• Experience in Third Party Risk, BCM, or related areas
• Ability to work with stakeholders and translate needs into requirements
• Previous work with process mapping and requirements documentation
• Good communication skills in English
• Visit the Krakow office once a month
