Transport & Logistics Specialist

Your tasks

• end‑to‑end ownership of inbound and outbound logistics flows (overland, ocean, and air)
• daily cooperation with carriers, forwarders, customs agencies, warehouses and multiple departments across the whole company itself
• monitoring and enforcing 4PL performance responsible for planning and Track and Trace activities
• high capability of negotiating (especially in terms of new productivity initiatives or flow changes)
• ability to handle disruptions, escalations, and time‑critical issues

What we expect

• 3–5+ years of experience in Fulfillment, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations
• practical knowledge of international transport (EU and non‑EU)
• strong understanding of Incoterms, transport constraints, mode and type of transport in EU
• experience with customs, transit (T1/T2), and regulatory/compliance flows is an advantagehands‑on experience with TMS, SAP, and tracking/telematics tools preferred
• data‑driven mindset with ability to translate data into operational decisions
• fluent English (daily international communication)
• ability to write clear, professional, and firm business communication
• strong cross‑functional collaboration (Planning, Warehouse, Procurement, TAX Dpt, Legals, Finance Dpt)
