Your responsibilities

  • Review, draft and negotiate customer contracts, including NDAs, framework agreements and other commercial contracts.
  • Identify contractual, legal and commercial risks and provide practical business-oriented recommendations.
  • Support global and regional contract negotiations and facilitate the resolution of contract-related matters.
  • Track and manage contract-related issues, deadlines and milestones throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks and clause libraries.
  • Contribute to the implementation and further development of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and systems.
  • Prepare contract summaries, risk assessments and decision-support materials for stakeholders and management.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder coordination and support efficient contract-related workflows and projects.
  • Contribute to process optimization, digitalization and AI-driven initiatives within the contract management function.

Our requirements

  • University degree in Law (LL.B., LL.M. or equivalent legal qualification).
  • 1-4 years of experience in contract management, commercial law, legal operations or a comparable role.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in an international business environment.
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Good German language skills are highly desirable, as the role involves regular coordination and communication with German-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal and commercial considerations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; experience with CLM systems is an advantage.
  • Interest in AI, digitalization, automation and process improvement.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Team player with a hands-on attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop.

Candidates' personal data are processed by the Administrator for the purpose of: recruiting employees and collaborators, for the purposes of future recruitment, provided that the Candidate consents to such processing. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the Candidate to participate in the recruitment process. The legal basis for processing Candidates' personal data is: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e. the necessity to take action at the request of the Candidate before concluding the contract, or Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR, i.e. the Candidate's consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, or Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - the legitimate interest of the controller consisting in the possibility of taking actions related to the protection against claims or pursuing claims related to the recruitment process. Candidates' personal data are not transferred to a third country within the meaning of the GDPR provisions. The Administrator does not share personal data with third parties without the express consent of the data subject. Personal data may be shared without the consent of the data subject only with public law entities, i.e., government and administrative bodies (e.g., tax authorities, law enforcement agencies, and other entities authorized by generally applicable law, such as the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) or the Tax Office) in cases provided for by generally applicable law. Personal data may be entrusted for processing to entities processing such data on behalf of the Administrator . The Administrator entrusts Candidates' personal data to IT companies providing hosting services, maintaining internet domains, and maintaining computer systems used by the Administrator. Candidates' personal data are not subject to profiling . In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, Candidates have the right to: being informed about the processing of personal data, access to your personal data, correcting, supplementing, updating and rectifying personal data, deletion of data (right to be forgotten), processing restrictions, data transfer, object to the processing of personal data, in the case of the legal basis referred to in point 6 letter b above – the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, not being subject to profiling, lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office), taking into account the rules for using and implementing these rights arising from the provisions of the GDPR.
