Field Sales Representative – SAP Services

Your responsibilities

• Actively develop and acquire new clients in the Polish market through field visits, client meetings, solution presentations, and targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in industrial, manufacturing, and commercial companies.
• Independently manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact through needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Identify and qualify new leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events and referrals.
• Present RCIM’s SAP and digital transformation offering tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with SAP technical and consulting teams to prepare proposals and value propositions.
• Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, providing regular updates and forecasts to management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client needs – report pipeline progress to management regularly.
• Represent RCIM at client meetings, industry conferences and events across Poland.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SAP Services or IT technical/industrial sales).
• Proven track record of winning new business and consistently hitting sales targets.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage decision-makers, arrange client meetings, and create new opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the full sales cycle.
• Consultative and customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand client needs and communicate the value of complex SAP and digital transformation services.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Poland for client meetings, field visits, conferences, and industry events.
• Fluent Polish and professional English.
• Driving licence (category B).
