Java Developer with German

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Java JEE and Spring .
• Strong proficiency in SQL and XML .
• Previous experience with frontend development; specific frontend technology is not required , as training on the client's Generator technology will be provided.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher , with the ability to follow technical conversations and customer communications.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Fluency in Polish (minimum B2 level).
• Experience working on technical frameworks or platforms.
• Experience working in a SCRUM-based methodology.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to understanding and solving functional challenges.
• Team player attitude with excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus .
• Experience in collections or garnishment processes is a plus.
