ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day performance of the Business Unit, ensuring delivery of production, quality, and efficiency targets
• Own the end-to-end performance of the Business Unit, ensuring delivery of Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People objectives
• Oversee structure, capability building, leadership of Cell Leads, Process Leads, Maintenance Leads, and operational teams
• Through master utilization of IWS, the role ensures full compliance with operational standards supporting PDCA cycle and loss‑elimination activities
• Secure production readiness: verifying process, operator training, and equipment capability with identification and mitigation of operational risks
• Support tests and trials, process validation, troubleshooting, and stabilization of new products

WYMAGANIA:

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in a managerial position within production departments of an international company
• Experience with managing production projects and optimizing production processes is essential
• Proficiency in English for effective verbal and written communication
• Master’s degree in engineering
