Your responsibilities

• Support the overall ROCKWOOL Group with admin related tasks in relation to the biggest CAPEX projects across the globe, more specifically, projects categorized as Permanent Establishment Projects regarding risk for ROCKWOOL's cross-border business activities in identifying, assessing, and mitigating employee tax exposure arising from employees working across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with several external vendors regarding, social security, immigration, work permits, shadow payroll input, tax returns, tax reconciliations, project compliance from a host country perspective and ensure an internal process are kept, updated and improved.
• Advise the business on accurate and complete documentation, including PE addendums, A1 applications, project letters, certificates and tracking logs.
• Support tax, social security and compliance processes in close collaboration with the Global Mobility Tax Specialist, our PWD Specialist, and external providers.
• Coordinate immigration and work permit processes, ensuring timely follow-up, proper submission and correct storage of required documentation.
• Act as a structured point of contact for PE-related documentation and process questions from internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Our requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Minimum 5 years of international cross-border experience in project compliance (taxation, social security, payroll, immigration or similar)
• Professional proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• A service-minded approach
• Solid presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to handle many different tasks and many global stakeholders at the same time
