About the project, As a Senior Data Program Management Officer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial industry committed to fostering a data-driven culture. You will support the Data & Analytics Office in delivering critical data initiatives, ensuring governance, quality, and strategic alignment across key regulatory projects such as IRR and BCBS. Your responsibilities, Support the Programme Manager and Project Managers in delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline., Monitor RAID logs and escalate issues to ensure timely resolutions., Oversee delivery governance in line with the client's Change Framework, ensuring standards are maintained., Manage and report on delivery budgets and expenditure, tracking progress against OKRs and benefits., Promote high-quality reporting on project status, milestones, and governance activities., Implement DAO delivery standards and conduct quality assurance checks across all change initiatives., Maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage internal communications and training sessions as the Change Framework SME., Foster stakeholder relationships across global teams, providing expertise on agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

5+ years of experience in a PMO role within financial services or data-related projects., Proven success managing cross-functional teams on global projects., Deep understanding of agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)., Strong stakeholder influence and relationship-building skills., Excellent communication, presentation, and process improvement capabilities., Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Optional, Experience in data issue remediation and data quality projects., Ability to propose innovative solutions for data-related challenges.
